We ship merchandise anywhere within the United States. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We do not ship orders out on Sundays or Holidays.
We charge a flat rate of $8 on orders under $75. For orders over $75, we ship free!
Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping usually takes 2-7 days depending on your location.
IN STORE PURCHASES
We gladly accept returns or exchanges with receipt for a full refund within 5 business days of purchase. Original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and odor free. You will be credited in your original form of payment and must have the original credit card present in order to return back payment.
Sunglasses, shoes, sale items, undergarments, jewelry, and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
Due to the fact that our inventory is constantly changing, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days of purchase.
For online purchases, your return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt of delivery.
1. Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. (without this we will not be able to return the item, this serves as your receipt)
2. Make a note on the packing slip of what you wish to return or exchange. We will do our best to fulfill exchanges, but since we sell out quickly, we may be out of stock in the size you are hoping for.
2. Package your item as neatly as possible in the original packaging, with tags still attached. If items are returned damaged due to your packaging, we have the right to refuse it.
3. You, the customer, is responsible for shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect each item to make sure it qualifies for return. We will contact you if there are any issues. We have the right to not accept or partially accept returns if they don't meet all the return criteria.
Please allow 3 days from the receipt of delivery confirmation for inspection and return processing.
